Food is quite good. However they need to learn how to use their debit/credit machine. Took 5 tries to get the right amount on... the screen to pay. Originally charged me .40 cents then charged me the whole amount of the bill (so I was going to beovercharged) then voided the transaction, tried again 2 more times. Then called me several times after we had picked up our foodand were back home claiming that my card was declined and they needed me to pay again. I refused to pay and checked my bankingthis morning to verify it was charged to my account. Not only was it their mistake, but they tried over charging me and thentried charging me again.. Ordered 2 donairs and a 10 inch pizza with jalapeño poppers. Got a call saying that they were out of the poppers no big deal so... got mozzarella sticks instead. When I got the food the pizza was good but the donair meat was hard a tasted burnt I had missingveggies in the donair that I paid extra for the mozzarella sticks were also hard and cold. Normally have a good experience withBusters in Leduc but the Beaumont location is horrible will not be getting my business anymore I will continue to support theleduc location but not Beaumont. Ordered pizza and it came cheese was so hard and chewy and slightly warm . Total disappointment waste of money . I will never... buy again from here. I ordered two donairs over the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pita bread was moist and hot! The donair... meet was very spicy and tasty. In my opinion this is the best donair restaurant in Beaumont. Also I used their website fordelivery, as opposed to skip the dishes, and their delivery time was great and the delivery charge was very little as well.accessing the online ordering form from a computer was more responsive as opposed to the mobile app. That would be my onlycomplaint was the responsiveness of the mobile app. But the tastiness of the donair more than made up for that ordering issue. The pizza is very cheesy, light on sauce. They put the toppings under the cheese. The crust is good, not thick or thin. Donair... was very tasty and packed with meat. Wings were pretty good, too. Would definitely order again, but with extra sauce on pizzafor my taste. Read more

Extremely awful experience. Was told to pick up my pizza in 20 minutes and arriving much later to pick it up they told me it was... still not ready. They then went on to tell me they screwed up one of the pizzas and if I was willing to take it like that?Absolutely not, so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the right One made.
