Attendant did not sanitize between customers until asked. Sales board states free cone with scoop. However $0.75 was charged... for cone. Attendant unable to clarify why there was an additional charge for scoop and didn't know why the board stated freecone with scoop. Read more

tried to visit from out of town this past sunday. online says they closes at 9, when we got there we saw the sign said they... closed at 7:30. it was 7:25 and the doors were locked and there were still customers inside. when we tried to open the doorbefore we noticed they were closing and the employees heard, they looked up with a blank stare and just looked away andcontinued to avoid looking in the direction. i understand it being close to closing, but the way they handled the situation wasincredibly rude. maybe be time for more responsible employees. Lots of fun, lots of ice cream toppings (be prepared- don't let your kid pick out whatever toppings they want- they WEIGH the... ice cream at the end! HA! But the kids get to see their picture on the TV screen in the shop, on the wall. Lots of fun! Read more
