I couldn't get photos pre-diving in! We were hungry. This place is pretty good. During our visit to Buford/Hunting Beach, we... stopped here for a light dinner. I had the garlic shrimp sharable plate and the not so ordinary Caesar salad. My partner incrime had steak fries; he said it was "pretty good". I would come back again.. especially for the bread!!! Excellent very large special chicken sandwich. Large portion of good smaller size fries. Good place for shared lunch as portions... are substantial. Will return for shared lunch. It is said that their dinners are good also. Behind bar is trashy, not good lookand makes statement that they should not want. Read more

Loved the food and the cocktails. We had to sit at the bar because we didn't have a reservation and "that's all that is... available is bar seating". We were there for a while and it seems a lot of those reservations were canceled or were no showsbecause there were plenty of open and unoccupied tables. Make that make sense. This is delightful little bistro in downtown Beaufort, across the street from the library. I deducted two stars because my... dinner was not served hot. I had the meatloaf and the tomato bisque. I'm sure the food started out hot, but it was served onheavy China bowls that were cold, and by the time I got the food it was barely warm. I think the large cold bowls pulled theheat out of the food. Warm your China first! The seating is a little too close for my taste, you can clearly hear theconversations of neighboring tables.
