The OLD lady was extremely unpleasant with us, had a rude attitude and hollered we BETTER go order thru the machine because she... was short handed and wasn't dealing with us today! Placed order at drive through and when went to pay with exact change was told they only take cards. No sign indicating this and... drive through staff did not tell us it was card only. This has happened several times over the last 6 months. Read more
I came on my lunch break and was standing in line waiting to place my order and I was waiting for approximately 15 minutes. I... never seen such unprofessional, unorganize, lack my or service. First off there nobody doing working at the front counter.Everyone is standing around not doing nothing. Horrible!!! Came here to order food for (drive thru) my family and I. Employee comes from the back wanting me to buy weed...he... was trying to order food for me also...light wasnt working for us to order food. Total lack of service! This is the second time we have attempted to order food in the last two weeks. Both times we were told by... employees that they had to close down and couldn?t serve anymore. No signs were put up, so we wasted time waiting in thedrive-through behind several other cars. The staff was obviously bothered when we asked them why they couldn?t serve us. Ourquestion was polite, but the young lady on the speaker expressed her disgust. This is a new location for this restaurant, butthey seem to have the same old staff training problems. Read more
This Wendy's randomly doesn't accept credit/debit cards. Once you get to the point where they tell you whether or not they are... accepting cards it's too late to get out of line. So, if you don't have cash you have to sit in their oppressively slowdrive-through to go to a different fast food place that has entered the computer age and accepts cards. Or you can go insidewhere the employees absolutely do not want you to be and they take cards inside. I personally think this is a plot to reducebusiness by the employees. I highly doubt the franchise owner is aware. Read more
