Took 1 hour in the drive thru and the 2 people working inside are moving at a snails pace. Also saw a customers child use the... sink behind the counter after going to the restroom. No apology for the wait either. Read more

This Wendy's randomly doesn't accept credit/debit cards. Once you get to the point where they tell you whether or not they are... accepting cards it's too late to get out of line. So, if you don't have cash you have to sit in their oppressively slowdrive-through to go to a different fast food place that has entered the computer age and accepts cards. Or you can go insidewhere the employees absolutely do not want you to be and they take cards inside. I personally think this is a plot to reducebusiness by the employees. I highly doubt the franchise owner is aware. Read more
