First experience was wildly mediocre, reminiscent of a burnt burger at a backyard barbecue. The most recent time both of my... burgers were made completely wrong, or was just given someone else's order. Unfortunately it was not noticed until taken home,so it was too late to rectify the problem. You're probably better off going to a McDonald's, which says a lot. Read more

A+. Delicious burgers- fresh, perfectly made, and mouth watering. Customer service was also outstanding! Manager who took our... order was personable, smiling, and efficient. There was another manager making scrumptious milkshakes who was just as friendly.The two of them were working as a team with the boys in the kitchen area. Restaurant was clean. We saw the sign for Way back Burgers on our way to the beach and decided to try it on the way home. I tried the Nashville Hot... Chicken Sandwich and my son got the Double Bacon Burger. Both were very good and looked just about as advertised. The prices peritem is a little high and should be made into combo meals in my opinion. Great seating and you can dine outside. We will beback. DO NOT ORDER FOR PICKUP, even if you show up on time the food is sent out like this ???? my cheese shouldn?t be different colors... from being under a heat lamp. If I was late for pickup I would be understanding but this is nasty. Read more
