At this point I think it's just Beaufort...drove all the way to lady's Island location because the boundary st location is now... closed...as it should be...that's a whole nother disaster...anyway my husband just got back with the food and...the ham is grayand uncooked, the eggs look like the powder eggs they serve in school breakfast. The grits seems old...my husband ate the waffleand that's it. I feel like people that work in the food industry here don't give a rats but. And I'm not spending my money atanother restaurant in this town to get over charged for ratchet customer service and disgusting food...I'll wait to eat wafflehouse when I go over to savanna or Hardeeville location has never let me down... The manager and staff there should come givethis location some much needed training...whoever cooked our food today needs to be fired, serving raw ham. And the fact that wecan't even take it back we have jobs to go to and of course they're not answering the phone...great way to start my day..smh. Read more
Piss poor customer service, was in there for over 15 minutes had three vacant tables that staff would not clean up. Then they... seated two groups that showed up before me and my wife did because they were larger groups. Do not recommend. Did not get foodwent to another restaurant. Read more
Wonderful staff, very kind, and they remembered my order after around 5 times coming there! The food is good too most of the... time. The only complaint I have (rarely) is that they sometimes undercook the waffles. But it doesn't taste bad, just a bit toocool for my liking. Overall, 10/10, would come here again Read more

Not the best Waffle House has to offer. The staff are nice enough. But the restaurant has a dirty feel to it. The food took a... while, and our drinks took longer. It wasn't the worst one I've been too. But far from the best. Also interesting parking, butplenty of it. Read more
