This place is usually very good, however our latest visit was very disappointing. Apparently you do not want to go there when... it's busy. We went around 6 on a Friday. It took a long time to get our food and when it came, the fries were luke warm aswell as the sandwich. Service was lacking as well. They delivered the food and my wife had to go and get her own silverware.For what you pay at this restaurant (I had a sandwich and fries $15) this is not good. Ordered an Upper Crust grilled chicken salad tonight and asked for fried instead of grilled(done several times in the past). My... husband picks it up and the young lady has charged us for the salad and chicken fingers. He questions it and she says sorrythat's how we do it now. So I call up there and she again says sorry that's how we do it now. So, one salad is $19.50? She saysyes, prices have changed and that's how we do it. I know there is no way the owners would do this, so if you see this, pleasereach out to me. I worked there years ago, when I first started teaching with your wife. Patrons just be aware so you don't havethis happen to you. At no time did she say it would cost an extra $8.50 to change the chicken from grilled to fried.Disappointed tonight. Read more
