There are no words for how incredible the place is! The have tons of grab and go food. I make the trip from Charleston just for... this food. I can't put into words how amazing working with Lyn from the Kitchen has been! Her and the incredible staff helped me create an... incredible menu of healthy meals for our yoga retreat. From creating the healthy menu and carefully packaging the meals, theywent above and beyond! bought the crab dip today and it is AMAZING!
