I recently visited this location because it was recommended by the woman at the front desk of my hotel. I was so happy that we... listened and took her advice. Everything from the outdoor dining area by the water, to the exceptional service, and especiallythe food was phenomenal. First the appetizer we had of egg rolls and the brisket tips was a great starter. I really insist thatyou try the lemonade or sweet tea it has the rare homemade taste that you can't get from a store bought brand. Now when itcomes to the food, all I have to say is try it. Don't think about just go. I ordered the barnyard that was a mix of brisket,chicken, pulled pork, and my sides were macaroni and cheese with the hash and rice. I'm telling everyone right now it was thebest bbq I ever had. EVER !!! The sauce was had that smokey sweet flavor, the meat had the perfect bark and smoke ring and ofcourse was cooked perfectly. My son is graduating from the Marines and right after the ceremony we are bringing him straight tothis restaurant. This is a great place to go and eat. Just see for yourself. Read more
Very cool atmosphere! Indoor and outdoor seating. Vast beer selection on tap. We had drinks, appetizer and 4 meals under $55.... Server Justine was super friendly. Seems like with everyone else staffing seems to be issue? staff was doing a lot ofmultitasking but kept up with tables for the most part. I ordered the Q ban sandwich, it was served with some vinegar which gotspilt all over the tray.. bottom of sandwich was saturated.. ok if you like vinegar ???? the fries are hand-cut looking but hadbeen staged (cold/stale) The carbonated drinks were off ??????? our server warned us about that? suggest recalibrating system?(Coke does that free of charge) Anyhow with everything mentioned the facilities were super clean, staff was super friendly andhardworking. A short walk from the the marina and you run into the historic down town Beaufort, restaurants and shops line both side of the... street. As we progressed down the street we smelled the aroma of Q on Bay before we had even gotten in front window. Amazingfood and service. The smell of pulled pork is everywhere. You can dine inside or outside. I recommend trying the pulled porktacos. Very affordable. We ate there for lunch. Come as you are. Can't wait to go back. Read more

Had tacos, shell was soggy on one of them. They were also bland. My fiance had one of the burgers, it was Also bland. We also... didn't like the sauces that were served. The burnt ends were not tasty either, But the cupcake mascoto wine was recommended bythe server and it was delicious. Our server was fantastic. Read more

The servers were attentive but the service was glacial. I had the Q burger and it was dry and almost tasteless. The fries where... limp but well seasoned. They had no mustard but only a mustard based BBQ sauce. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich that had arelatively small amount of pork on it - hey we're in the south a pulled pork sandwich should have more pork than bun! The folkswe were at the table with had ribs and wings. The ribs were good, and the wings were spicy, though a bit dry. I will probablynot be back. The view was nice but in the nearly two hours we were sitting their, it only goes so far. We ate on the porch or wewouldn't have even had that. Read more
I ordered the game day combo which was ribs, wings, and two sides. The wings and ribs were tasty and I loved the collards. The... coleslaw was pretty bland though. They brought out some kind of bread that I assumed was corn bread but it tasted more likeyellow cake (it was tasty too). It took a LONG time for our server to take our order and then another LONG time for the food tocome out. When I say long, it was well over an hour before we got our food. Maybe they were short staffed? Don't know. Eitherway, my food and my daughter's (she got the dip sandwich) we're good. Read more
