This parkers store has both the worst customer service and management that doesn't seem to care or have a clue when a customer... comes in to complain about the service....when I explained to the cashier that I am not. Used to the self checkout I was beratedand told that I better learn cause this is how things are... Getting upset.. I asked for a manager on duty.. cashier pointed outanother employee who walked off without trying to calm the situation... Went in to store to speak to the manager and was askedafter explaining what happened what I expected her to do about it evidently the customer means nothing and customer servicemeans nothing I will never shop at this parkers ever again. On December 30, 2021The manager of the year is extremely sarcastic and mouthy. I think her name is Manuel. At my age I didn?t... feel comfortable using the kiosk that I?m told you have to use now. It would be nice if the associates would stay off thier phone when there is a line all the way back to the coolers. Seriously... one employee cannot go one transaction without looking at his phone. Heaven help you if and when QT opens up a location inBeaufort. Read more

The employee at this store is so rude! She does not greet customers when they come in. Instead she has an attitude. You would've... thought she and I had a beef the way she acts like it's personal. I dropped my wallet and she chuckled. She needs training asapor she'll be getting into it with someone real soon! Read more

I used to visit Parker's fairly often because of the low prices and good-enough food. Service also used to be very quick and... friendly. However, they have increased their prices, and apparently no longer care about customer service. On my last visit, Iordered a box of chicken. I noticed that as the employee was preparing my box, some of the chicken pieces broke into severalsmaller pieces. The employee placed these in the box, and I assumed they were counted as one piece altogether. When I got home,I had two fewer actual pieces of chicken than what I ordered, and two scraps that apparently had been counted as wholepieces. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. I would say that I'll check my boxes before I leave next time, but I think I'll passthis by for other options. The Publix down the road offers similar food from its deli, and it is now cheaper thanks to Parker'sprice increases. Read more
