This parkers store has both the worst customer service and management that doesn't seem to care or have a clue when a customer... comes in to complain about the service....when I explained to the cashier that I am not. Used to the self checkout I was beratedand told that I better learn cause this is how things are... Getting upset.. I asked for a manager on duty.. cashier pointed outanother employee who walked off without trying to calm the situation... Went in to store to speak to the manager and was askedafter explaining what happened what I expected her to do about it evidently the customer means nothing and customer servicemeans nothing I will never shop at this parkers ever again. On December 30, 2021The manager of the year is extremely sarcastic and mouthy. I think her name is Manuel. At my age I didn?t... feel comfortable using the kiosk that I?m told you have to use now.
