I love the flavors of the food. It?s always fresh and hot, plated really nice. Staff is nice and friendly. Prices isn?t bad for... the food. When ever I?m staying a few day in Beaufort, I make it my business to stop here at least once or twice a week. Read more

Incredibly disappointed. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The food was mediocre and way too expensive for the... quality and quantity. I ordered ?The Beast? sandwich with coleslaw and paid an addition $5 for their premium side Mac-n-cheese. I also got a 12 oz fountain drink. Grand total for all of it with tax was $31!!!! Are you kidding me? Take a look at thepicture. Does that look like $31 worth of food? The Mac-n-cheese was probably the best part but it certainly wasn?t worth $5for the 1/4 cup quantity. The bbq sauce is barely a step above plain ketchup. The brisket was tough and dry. How do you makethe brisket so dry and still call yourself a bbq restaurant? I guess my first warning should?ve been that you couldn?t evensmell the smoke from the smoker in the building or surrounding area. If I had paid $10 or even $12 dollars I probably wouldn?tbe writing this review right now. I still probably wouldn?t be writing it if the quality was there, but it just wasn?t. The staff was really nice. But the barbecue is where it fell down. You cannot cook barbecue pork, pull it and then refrigerate... it for days, it takes like the cooler it was stored in. The Brunswick stew suffered from the same taste and muddiness. Pleasedon't heat up old meat to serve like that. The pork tasted like it was at least a few days old pulled not stored as a wholebutt. The brisket was paper thin cut, maybe machine cut, but it was old too and the ribs were cold and old as well... I couldtell the ribs might have been really good a few days ago but they must have been refrigerated a few days as well. As a formerpitmaster I had high hopes about the local BBQ but am really disappointed. I hope some policies change and it becomes fresh...Please consider adjusting your cook schedule so that you can have fresh meat for people to eat in South Carolina for barbecue. Read more

My husband and I love their bbq, we think it?s the best in the area! Not only is the food great but the staff is even better.... Always super friendly and welcoming. Our baby loves them so much too, they always greet us and make sure to talk to her. Highlyrecommend as this business is great! The service and food is phenomenal. Read more

We sat on the patio with our dog and enjoyed our dining experience outdoors! The service was fantastic, very kind and attentive.... We got the sampler and got ribs, pulled chicken and brisket. The ribs were delicious and super meaty. Brisket wasn?t thesemi-shredded meat but was sliced - still supper good as well as the chicken. Sauces were available on the table and the sweetone was the best. We got Mac and cheese, which was good, and green beans - which could use a little more flavor. Corn bread wassoft and so good! It?s amazing Kansas City BBQ at its finest!! Don?t be fooled by imitations!! Come for the large portions at a great price and... then stay for the games in the back. It?s the best spot for a weekend afternoon. Eat lots of BBQ, shoot some pool, play somegames, watch some football, and then eat all over again. ???????? Read more

Good BBQ place! Loved the sauces! Good service and price! I had the pulled pork! Potato salad was good too!
