TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE.....MY BROTHER IN LAW AND MY WIFE WENT THERE TO BUY A PACK OF CIGARETTES MY BROTHER IN LAW... ASK FOR A PACK OF NEWPORTS AND THIS CLERK NAMED MICHELLE CRANDELL APPARENTLY THE STORE MANAGER ASK FOR THE IDENTIFICATION MYBROTHER IN LAW SHOWS HIS PUERTO RICO ID WICH IS AN AMERICAN ID TOO BECAUSE PUERTO RICO BELONGS TO THE US. SHE SAYS THAT WAS NOTA VALID ID BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT A USA ID ...I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY WIFE WHE EVERUTHING HAPPEND SO I ASKED TO BE PUT ONSPEAKER I TOLD HER THAT WHAT SHE WAS DOING WAS DICRIMINATION AND SHE SAYS THAT ENMARKET HAS A POLICY WITH ID THE POINT IS SHEEND UP CALLING THE COPS ON THEM...DISTRICT MANAGER PLEASE REVIEW THE CAMERAS AND GET RID OF THAT BAD APPLE BECAUSE YALL GOING TOLOOSE BUSSISNES WITH THIS LADY MICHELLE CRANDELL. 1or 2 of the cashier are friendly but the manager is very rude and loud. She does not know how to talk to her employees. She is... not manager material. She talks about customers while they are in the store and as they are leaving the store .... Someone needto investigate this store. Very poor customer service... Read more
The lady I think her name was Dora and I meant to remember her name too because she was so nice and courteous and obvious a good... people person and probably better suited as a team leader with and coaches she just had that rare energetic natural professionaldemeanor that shined through and would be impossible to impersonate. She wasn't overly acted and came off as genuine and kind toall the patrons that I seen and I would say that almost all the employees there have a very similar quality in their ownspecific traits and I like the way the staff seems to care. I would however find it hard to believe that the manager hires allthese energetic and smiling people herself as she is the only one I can think of that doesn't give that aire of appreciating thejob that she has. If she dies the hiring then she is a fantastic manager with a keen eye of spotting talent and keeping a tightclean work environment but falls short of her subordinates in that cheery enjoyable wants to make the customer frequent theestablishment department. But the crew as a whole is actually spot on over the last few years even the ones that only stayed fora little while. So in the management department an obvious asset to the company maybe just keep her out of the 1st personcustomer contact department maybe move her up a notch or more importantly to the side.
