Came in to watch Jags game. Bartender told me game not viewable at bar. Kept messing with me and I finally said are going to put... the game on or not. He claimed I had an attitude and to go out in the restaurant and order. This not the first time I requested a game to be put on and it did not happen. I went into the main area and ordered. Came in tonight (Beaufort, SC) to eat a simple meal, just me and no one else. I asked for a booth preferably but the host... informed me he was fixing to seat a party of 10 people (who weren?t even all there yet) and that he only had one waiter for thatentire area. He told me to find a place at the bar. There were 12 people already competing for service from one bartender andone chair open. Not to mention, I do not want to sit at the bar for my own personal reasons. There were 25 open tables andbooths I could have sat in. I came in already knowing what I wanted to try from looking at the menu online. I refused and justleft. This was my first time ever stepping foot in a Buffalo Wild Wings. Not everyone wants to sit at a bar while everyone isslobbering and drunk and yelling in your ear at the TV. I would have been fine in a booth waiting my turn to order. I wasn?t ina hurry. Try to accommodate and understand that sometimes you may have a patron that is recovering from alcohol addiction andthey just want to eat some wings and drink a soft drink without any pressure. My husband met a colleague in Buffalo Wild Wings today in Beaufort. He ordered me a to-go mild wings and celery. The wings were... NOT mild and the celery is old and slimy. I'm so impressed at the service we received last night. Our waitress was very calm and patient and handled our table so well... despite the "employee-to-table" ratio. It's hard for me to give anyone five stars because I don't believe any one place is perfect but went there tonight had their... boneless teriyaki wings, and their pretzel knots with beer cheese and it was honestly some of the best appetizer foods that I'vehad in a long time. Our server was nice but he seemed a little overwhelmed as he was the only person working the floor so Iunderstand that he couldn't give all of his attention to my table which is not the fault of the server but the business. Youshould know when your restaurant brings in more customers and when it's only 7:00 p.m. there should be more than one server onthe floor.
