Living here over a year we finally decided to give this place a try. The family got a sundae, cotton candy shake, chocolate... shake, and birthday cake shake. Absolutely worth it. Is service slightly "slower" than what customers are used to, perhaps Butthey more than make up for it with quality service & quality ice cream. This will now be our spot for ice cream! Read more
Great toasted almond ice cream and my wife had chocolate chip cookie dough and it did not disappoint. Everyone that was there... was sitting and smiling and talking and enjoying great ice cream. We will be back, it was awesome and the staff waiting on youwas super nice. Read more
This is now my favorite ice cream place I the area. The raspberry chocolate truffle was much better than I could have expected... and my wife got the butter pecan and said there was a pecan in every bite. It is not cheap, but when it says small batch premiumice cream, they mean it. Read more
Favorite ice cream spot in the low country. I'm a big fan of the retro exterior and lighting which all Bruster's locations seem... to have. Every flavor of ice cream I've tried has been delicious and the waffle cones are a must. The staff is always friendlyand don't seem to mind my indecisiveness. I would like to say I enjoyed it, if I had ever even gotten my ice cream that is. Ordered with my family while we were visiting... and waited for over 20 minutes, watching other customers be served after us with more complicated orders than the small cones wehad all ordered. I would have understood the wait if we had been addressed at all during our wait but not a word was spoken tous while we sat on the bench in front of the ordering station. Read more

When traveling through Beaufort, we often stop to enjoy some premium ice cream from Bruster's. Bruster's offers several... varieties of ice cream and the selections are always changing. So, it's always interesting to see what's on their menu on anygiven day. Usually I find a flavor that I haven't tried before. All of the ice creams that I have eaten from Bruster's are fullof flavor and very creamy. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the product. In fact, I like Bruster's so muchthat I have driven an hour from Hilton Head Island to Beaufort with the sole purpose of enjoying a couple scoops from Bruster's!Bruster's truly is my favorite ice cream shop on the planet. Ice cream is amazing but customer service can be horrible at times! You have 3/4 employees inside working well 1 working while... the others are talking to eachother 1 wiping down things instead of helping the customers patiently waiting outside for someoneto take their order. Read more
