The food was good & fresh. Biscuit was fresh & fluffy. The fries could have been warmer but had good seasoning. Chicken supremes... were pretty good. The employees were friendly but they were pretty slow. Read more
This was the worst Bojangles restaurant I have ever visited. First I went through the drive through and completed an entire... order only to drive up to the pay window where I was told that there was no chicken and I would have to wait 20 minutes. Whilewaiting I could see that the person preparing the chicken had no gloves on and the entire food prep area was a mess. There wasflour and splash residue of whatever fell on the counter tops. If I was able to see all this from the drive through then it wasreally noticeable. I kindly told the employee thank you but I could not wait and I left the drive through. This place has the WORST service. The people working there are always rude to me and act inconvenienced that I came when there... is never a line and they aren?t busy. I?ve been multiple times but I give up. The service and extremely overcooked chicken isn?tworth it. Sometimes I wonder if they ruin the food just out of spite. Awful service!! I ordered a family meal through the drive thru and was told to park and they would bring it out to me. I waited... 30 minutes outside and they never brought it to me so I had to go inside and they asked me four different times what i orderedand they still got my order wrong. They were not short staffed! I counted four people working behind the counter not includingthe ones in the back so there was no excuse for poor service! Absolutely horrible service at this location. We went in to order around 7:40, 2 families so 2 separate orders, waited almost 10... minutes for someone to even take the orders (we're from out of town so waiting isn't an issue because we don't have these athome and we love it). In the 20 minutes, after placing our orders, that we waited for our food.. two of the employees got intoan argument in front of us distracting everyone and they completely forgot to make one of our orders causing us to wait another10 min.. so it took almost 40 minutes total to get our food. 4 combos, some legs, and 2 kids meals. They also forgot anotherman's wings who was there before us.. The food was great and the employees (except for the girl who started theargument/downward spiral because she didn't want to take drive thru orders) were all nice but, y'all need a manager and sometraining. Food was good but their service is TERRIBLE!! I've been here a few times and they seems to never be able to get a order correct.... My recent visit I was told at drive thru that I had a fifteen minute wait time because they were cooking more chicken pieceswhich I was ok with. So about 45 minutes later while still waiting and noticing that cars who had to wait after me were leavingbefore me, I went in to inquire about my order, they had this look of uncertainty on their faces. So after they asked me what Iordered I then noticed at that point they were putting together the order. Then one of the workers openly admits that they lostmy ticket. How unorganized is that to lose a order from the time I leave the window to the time it took to park and wait. Thenwhen I finally got my order I was still missing items. They are very unorganized. I believe they need to spend more time focusedon their job instead of just hanging around like there's nothing to do like I seen some of them doing. Read more
Food was hot and fresh, both ladies at the window were very sweet also, they made my day.
