Only getting 4 stars because they were out of curly fries of all things...then wouldn't make a wrap they... offer on their app. They make the sandwich...same ingredients but wouldn't put it in a wrap even though they have them and itson the app menu... I get its fast food. But the experience here EVERY SINGLE time is awful. Literally the slowest fast food in beaufort. Please... upper management help this store. I want Arby's again and after this time with the rude order taker no sense of urgency or nothaving roast beef. I'm done. You won't get my money wich is sad cause I love me some Arby's. Went for Roast Beefs and sweet tea and they were out of both. I understand but I felt bad for all those waiting in the drive... through line bc they didn't know until they got up to the window and there were several cars. I had walked in and heard thecashier tell someone else. Read more
Ordered beef and cheddar meal with mozzarella sticks ask for marinara sauce was told it was in bag confirmed 2 sauces were in... bag I was given 2 barbecue sauces. beef and cheddar had no red ranch roast beef sliced way too thick whole sandwich full ofcheese all over as soon as I open the sandwich very disappointed as a former employee I know the standards and I expect better. Ordered from the drive thru. The Turkey Swiss combo (#11). The sandwich was delicious and the bread was fresh. The fries were... actually cold like they had been in the refrigerator and totally old and stale. The employee never made eye contact, never saidthank you, I was not offered a receipt. I waited 8 minutes at the menu board to order and my order was never confirmed justtold to drive forward. I am not a complainer but that staff member needs additional training or no contact with the public, sohe can be more comfortable. Read more
