Ordered a large iced coffee with cream and NO SUGAR. I get to the window and the girl hands me a small. I told her that I?d paid... for a large. She said, ?Ohhhhkay.? Proceeded to take a large cup, fill with ice and dumped the small into it right in front ofme!!! I let it go, I didn?t want her spitting it or something but when I pulled away and took a sip it was full on SUGAR!! ????I?m not a Karen, but I do expect to get what I PAID for!!! Do better!!!! Horrible service, close hour early even though supposed to be open until 11pm. Refuse to make fries an hour before closing time... because "too close to closing". Didn't answer customer at speaker box a different time , 15 minutes before closing, had to go tothe window just for her to make up an excuse that she "didn't hear me", after 10 minutes of me loudly saying "hello??". I do notrecommend this place. 90% of the workers do not care whatsoever. Read more
I rate this store three stars because I think it is just average. We use the drive thru window and employees are nice enough,... orders are usually correct. Prices have seemed to increase like every where. Always got the basic fish sandwich for $1 now itaround $4! Read more
This place needs employees. Lately the lines are long and food is slow to be delivered. Than the food at this location tastes... like its been sitting a while in warmers. My only complaint is that customers in the lobby seem to be in bit neglected focusing more on drive-thru. I think the company as... a whole could do better with the product they are Distributing Focus Less on marketing and more on quality. Read more
