Most energetic crew ever with great attitudes! Woke me up and started my day off with some energy!!!!
Mobile order, to be picked up inside so I didn't have to wait in the drive-thru line still took 17min to be made. They didn't... call the order out when it was done or put it in the "mobile order" spot, they left it on the counter and left to make the nextorder. These five star reviews have to be bought, because there is no way they are true. Long wait times for simple items. Staff is... rude as all get out. Manager is argumentative for no reason. I asked for almond milk in my latte with a flavor swirl, and shesaid there was condensed milk in the flavor swirl. Okay great? I still want almond milk in my latte. Why can?t I order my drinkthe way I WANT IT?! Weird behavior. Based off of my personal interactions with staff in the past, I think there is an elementof racism and elitism here. The owner clearly doesn?t care. This store was better when Mike was the manager. At least thecustomers felt safe and supported. Be cautious if you are a BIPOC person and you go here. Read more
