This place is simple in the best ways. Everything speaks for itself with the ingredients. The ingredients are all incredibly... high quality, and the service is phenomenal. By far, the best Beaufort has to offer. Date night, family night, girls/guys night out....blue moon bistro will exceed your... expectations. The staff is outstanding. The chef and his staff make unbelievable dishes, using locally sourced cuisine. Great atmosphere and the food was amazing!!!! I could not get enough of the Lobster Bisque and the Coquille St. Jacques. The... staff was very friendly and attentive....especially our server Hannah. If you are reading this review, let this be the sign you need to drop whatever you are doing and go visit this absolutely... wonderful bistro. The hardest decision you will have to make while there is which of the scrumptious menu items you will behaving (this is a tough decision because every item I try, becomes my new favorite dish). The decor is beautiful and the stafftreat you like family. If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would first buy my mother a house then I would use the rest at Blue MoonBistro. Read more
