Awesome experience - bought one sandwich!
Only one worker was working and he was new so really was stressed and embarrassed. I felt so sorry for him. He was super nice... but the food was horrible. The bread wasn't stocked so there were only certain breads you could get. It was just very stressfuleven ordering. It wasn't the boys fault though. They shouldn't have left someone that just started by himself and the shiftbefore his didn't stick anything. Just bad management. Won't be returning. Read more
Placed an order using the app, the location called and informed us that they were out of meatballs the app said to call the... location to cancel the order , I called several times and no answer so I made the 15 min. Drive when I got there I was also toldthat they were out of Italian herb and cheese the person behind the counter was obviously having a bad day or has very poorcustomer service after the order was placed and the sandwiches were wrapped she then dropped one of them on the floor I did notwant to wait or complain but she pretended like it never happened and placed it in the bag anyway, usually the service and foodhere is great but today if possible I would give a negative rating. Never had food or anything prepped. Every time I go into the gas station it?s a trip right back out the door!! It?s ridiculous!... I?ve told the manager but it doesn?t do any good! They definitely get paid to just stand there. Read more

Subway always does good. I think the difference in a subway store is the service and how the staff treat you and the cleanliness... of the store. Always loved subway and always will. Had to wait in line forever. The girl was rude and complaining constantly about having online orders. There was a huge line... behind me. I ordered a tuna and she only put one scoop of tuna on it and it almost $5. For a six in. There was not sufficienthelp. No wonder the girl was aggravated. She had a line that went by the pop cooler. The other dude that was there had a shellshirt on and I heard her tell him to call someone for help but he stood there talking to a friend about something irrelevant. Hewas still there when i left 23 minutes later This is the first time I have eat here in 4 years and then I remembered why. Read more
