There was only one fellow working as his replacement hadn?t come in and even though he was running all over the place to keep... everything moving smoothly, he had the best attitude. Don?t bother ordering online here, they just ignore it. Was helped by a rude employee, Robert who didn?t care when he was told... that customer come first. The employee Robert was arguing with his coworker while making food. Hire someone new for gods sake Read more

After working for Subway for a few years I thought I would have had the patience and understanding for the service of the... employees here, however I have never had such a terrible experience at any fast food place. Jacob and his colleague that wasnot wearing a name tag felt the need to make their 9 to 5 sandwich-making job into a comedy gig and spend an outrageous amountof time continually throwing out ridiculous sarcastic comments and refusing to continue with the order until they got some sortof response out of us. There were multiple comments that were completely inappropriate for a work setting, including swearingand stereotypical jokes. After waiting in line, and then suffering through their grueling performance I was presented with a$42 bill for two footlongs and a wrap. That's right, 2 non-premium sandwiches (Subway Clubs) and a tortilla with somemeat/veggies the size of a 6-inch sub, no extras, no chips, no drinks, no $2 avocado add-on's came out to $42 dollars. I willnever step foot in a Subway again after this, and I will be very sure to pack a lunch and make sure I have enough gas tocompletely avoid this location at all costs on my next road trip. Definitely the slowest Subway I ever saw, being a regular customer! Took us 50 min to get our food, but there is no other place... for food ????. Only one guy was serving, and another one joined him at the very end, while there were 6 people in a line! Butsandwiches were still good regardless of waiting ????. Horrible. Don't go! To the owner: I read in other reviews about fastservice, about young black guy, who works very fast, etc. So I think my today's experience (2nd of January, 2022, ~1:15 PM till2:15 PM) is an exceptional. Please, fire today's team, otherwise they will kill your business, keep that young guy, and hiremore like him! Read more

5* because of Daniel and his work ethic. Only one there today, appears he was there for a long time today working solo. No... ingredients available but he made the best with what was left. For customer service 5*. For food availability, I'd have togive 4*. not the stores fault, it's because Covid Jack's up everything. For staffing, I would think Covid and today's lack ofwork ethic was the cause of someone working solo, there should always be at least two people at any facility. There may havebeen other people there, but the entire time I was there he was the only one. This young man saved the day, kept apologizing topeople for not having ingredients which obviously wouldn't be his fault. This is the kind of person that others need to looktowards. Read more

So yesterday I pre-order through the app. I placed the order roughly 30 minutes a head of time frome being there as I was... traveling home from Vegas. Well my order was not ready and when talked to about it. The employee stated he was the only onethere. That the manager told him not to make any online order till there is no line. Then asked if I wanted my order made that Iwould have to stand inline and wait. I told him that I put my order in 30 minutes ago long before these people standing in linecurrently why should I wait. Again he stated that's what him manager wants done. At that time I was upset and had the ordercanceled. NOW MY WHLOE THING IS IF THE REAL MANGER IS NOT IN THE STORE AND LEAVE THE EMPLOYEE THERE ON THERE OWN THEN THEEMPLOYEE BECOMES THE ACTIVE MANAGER. THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE RESPONSIBLE AND FIXED IT HIMSELF AS THE ACTING MANGER ONSITE. For everyone else don't pre-order from the app for this store they will still have you wait inline to make your order.They are under staff and ran by either incompetent manger or non-existent one. Customer service was fantastic! The young black man (I didn't catch his name) was on point and super friendly. He deserves a... raise. We were there at 11:15am on 11/10. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area. The sandwich was great, too. Read more

It was super slow. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food when there was 4 people in front of us. Their food was not... separated well and a lot ended up mixed. It was stuff like yellow peppers in the olives and other big mixes. Read more
