Food was good, service was better, the only downside of things is they open at 11AM, needs to be open for breakfast
The the meat smelled terrible and was uncooked the roast beef tasted like expired uncooked bologna. Worst Arby's I've been to... never had a problem with them until I hit this location. People who working there was playing around and was talking not doing there jobs and one of the worker's had her kids up there... running around with no shoes on and was touching the soda machine and playing with it and the worker's daughter was swinging herhair around and it was flying around and hitting the the soda machine witch is very unsanitary and nasty and then when you tellher what's going on she tells you in a disrespectful way that you don't know what your talking about and then the worker wasn'tpaying attention to her kids and her daughter and son walks out the door and she never saw them do that and then they came backin with 2 other kids. People need to start paying attention to their kids and watch them this is very important people cuz noone should have to deal with other people's kids doing this stuff and we shouldn't have to deal with disrespectfulness and weshouldn't have to deal with kids playing with the soda machines and Swinging their hair around while we're trying to eat that isunsanitary and it's just downright disrespectful of the mother to allow it and when they're barefooted in a restaurant theyshouldn't have been allowed in there what if one of those kids stepped on a piece of glass they can't blame Arby's and theycan't blame pilot the mother and father should have had their shoes on the workers shouldn't have been playing around on theheadset and laughing and walking around and doing whatever they wanted either it was very disrespectful and very nasty andunsanitary Read more
When we arrived to the drive through we were informed that the drive through was closed, that we had to come inside. Come inside... only to find out that there is no chicken tenders or roast beef. Why couldn't we have been told that before coming inside. Wedrive 10+ miles to this place and it NEVER has roast beef. Disappointing Read more
Decent food and the staff is mostly friendly and professional except for one older female employee named Priscilla she was quite... rude for no clear reason. Their card reader went down and was unable to scan my card so they restarted the system and itwouldn?t work and in the midst of this I?m standing there waiting Priscilla begins pointing at me and telling me to hold onwhich was unprovoked on my part and I was somewhat confused and replied ?I?ve been holding on for about 20 minutes in the drivethru and now I?m here inside waiting what do you mean? to which she shouted back at me and the cashier on the register ?I wasgonna give you a free sandwich but now I?m not charge him 38?. And slammed the receipt down on the counter. Very unusualencounter, I think Priscilla may need to be given a little time off to calm down. she may be unable to handle that level ofstress.
