I had to revise my original 5 star review of this WAWA store. As a loyal customer of WAWA, whether in New Jersey, Pennsylvania,... Delaware, Maryland...even in Florida, whenever I see a WAWA store, I can't help but go there because I love WAWA. In this WAWAstore today, the impatience was directly shown to the customer. Maybe her life or work was not going well, which led to herimpatience. But you can't bring this emotion to the face of customers. As a loyal customer of WAWA for more than ten years,this is the first time I have encountered such a clerk! If Google Map has negative five stars, I will not hesitate to givenegative five stars to the clerk of this store. Read more
This location is horrible. If you use DoorDash, avoid this location. The items are never in the bag when the order arrives. It?s... shameful smh. I wish DoorDash would cancel this location and use another wawa since the one on 40 is temporarily closed. Read more
We went in last night around 9pm, and I gotta say, it makes me wanna go back to only this location from now on for a... sandwich. I don't order cheese or spreads so I always face the danger of weak sandwiches, but that was definitely not thecase. Not only did the associate come around from behind the deli to help me figure out how to add "more than 3" toppings to mysandwich (weird setting when it's not a hoagie for dome reason) but he REALLY gave me a lump of lettuce like I asked, and Icould taste pickles in each bite..... that's how you know they actually made a good sandwich and respected my directionslol. Thanks so much rrrrrrrrrg ... *another visit today, order #994 @ 3:57pm Sun 07/10...... all was great except????????????no bacon or avocado like I paid for???????????? I understand it's hoagie fest, but there are ways to go aboutrunning out of product (aside from making sure to order way more than enough) and failing to offer a refund/having the customerpay and then not get the goods is not a good option. I hate complaining about any place but the last 2 weeks while at work I have ordered from this Wawa at least 5 times and 3 of... those times have been messed up. I have ordered from door dash and would say it's the dasher issue but the bags are supposed tobe packed before they even get there and still somehow, my items have been missing from the bag. Dashers should check but reallythat's on Wawa employees to make sure it is completed correctly. Do better. Read more
Ordered food from the app few times.?Food was never ready on time (and we did arrive at least 5 min after it was due) or... ingredients not available. Today, they never prepared the 2 smoothies we ordered. We left without them after waiting more than10 minutes. Other Wawa in the area knows what they are doing! Not this one. Not to mention that getting out back to 40 from thisWawa is not convenient. Whoever designed it did not think it through. Read more
We only come here when we don't feel like driving down 95 to Starbucks really wish this whole area would get cleaned up more you... cant go in any business around rt 40 without having drama from some enraged driver there's always homeless(drug addicts) beggingfor money as soon as u walk out the door, but I do love wawa pretzels and their Italian hoagie tho and will never stop eatingthose until they discontinue or I die lmao and always get a dulche latte with an extra expresso always gives me a nice boost forthe day!!!
