Very dirty on the outside AND the inside. The bathroom is so disgusting that there's MOLD GROWING on the nasty tiles in front... of the urinal. I also don't know if I should be repulsed by the fact that an employee wore their food prep glove into thebathroom or relieved that they didn't wear it back out. Rule of thumb, If the bathrooms and the exterior glass is grubby THEKITCHEN IS ALSO. I wouldn't eat food made in this vile store. YUCK! Read more
Very clean and friendly store one of the best gas station and food store around that area
This Royal farms needs attention, I went in to get a slurpee there was no covers so I ask one of the employees that work there ... do you guys have any covers for the slurpee cups he said no its what is out, so I open the buttom cabinet and look to see smalltwo roaches I was sike out, and saw that the chicken area looking horrible they have dried tenders just terrible..This locationneeds attention immediately!!!!!! Royal farm is starting to look very dirty on the outside. It is rediculous that the air pump is always broken. With gas prices... being so high they should make sure that the outside is clean and their air pump is working. Why should I go a block down thestreet to wawa that is clean on the outside and the pumps look clean but buy gas from royal farm. I am not because it isinconvenient. This isn't a slam on this company but THIS specific location. Everytime I walk in I feel more like I'm just a bother to everyone... who works here than anything else. God help you if you decide to use DoorDash, GrubHub ect. to get your food from here. Itemsare always missing with no communication between Dashers and staff (and not every doordasher doesn't contact the customer btw),wrong sizes are included and food being prepared wrong is a constant issue with this location. I love the rofos in Elkton when Ilived there and I love the rofos not much further from this store. But this specific location is the absolute worst and willnever get my business again. Read more
I'm surprised how clean it was in here since the location is in such a horrible area, it was recently built not to long ago so... fairly clean just a lot of trash in and out the store! everyone does abide by the covid 19 regulations so I am grateful forthat, hope this area gets cleaned up soon ???? Horrible service. Slow. Unprofessional. Guy took forever making a chicken wrap because he was talking to everyone that walked in... the door. Loaded it up so much that he couldn?t wrap it with out contents falling out and the wrap ripping. Real lack ofmanagement and training. Food was garbage as well. Save your money and go to a wawa. People are usually friendly and quick with service. Gas is reasonably priced.
