I ordered from this location last night and 3 hours went by and my order never left the store... I assume they was short staffed... and stuff happens, that's not a problem I get it. I called today got a girl on the phone who was nice and offered to have theorder delivered... I polite declined because I didn't want it anymore. Then I asked was it possible to just get a refund. Andher whole attitude changed and she was rude. She said "refund processed, 7 to 10 days" I said "thank you very much". And didn'teven get a chance to asked for a reference number for my refund, and she just hung up. Do better Read more

I ordered from the facility on Sept. 3rd, two hours later my Pie, the most Expensive item"Extravaganzza" was delivered almost... two hours later. When the young blond got out of the car And a GIANT PLUME of SMOKE came out, she said were sorry and we forgotyour pizza was in the car. I just called and some young disrespectful girl hung up on me. I'm from Jersey I tipped the drivermore than 20%, we have money and I will not be disrespected. Called corporate yesterday and yet the owner has not responded to"Our requests " don't deliver a $30 Pie and automatically a piece of the pie offers me a free 8$. Corporate said uuus werewrong! 09/03/2022 I ordered online for delivery and completed my order/payment. Got an email saying my order was placed and will... receive my order 22-32 mins. One hour goes by and my order was canceled without reasoning. I called the store 3 times andwaited at least 5mins each call, and hung up because no one answered. Whoever is on shift for today needs to be written up orfired for refusing service. This is my first time having a problem with this location! Read more
