Food is good, just disappointing when you get home and it's wrong. Doesn't happen often but it does happen.

The customer service in this place was horrible I mean I?ve never felt so insulted, as we paid she literally threw the receipt... and slammed the pen on the counter as were were paying. I felt like she was very racist I?m African American the customer thatwas behind us was Caucasian and they were treated very nice. I spoke to the manager and she acted as she was confused about howto handle her employee. The price of food is very high I came from Philadelphia to be treated so horribly and I am disappointed.I wanted to give the food back I am utterly disgusted and I will be making a complaint on every site letting the community knowthat this place trashy underwhelming service. First time and last time ordering from this place. Salad was very sloppily made. I asked for roasted turkey and received deli... turkey. Asked for sweet peppers and received hot peppers which made the sandwich uneditable and the salad hot ????. Did notenjoy Read more

Traveling and asked for them to be packed for travel. Glasgow is awesome about this. This location acted like I was asking for... something out of the normal. The lady was rude and the sandwiches were not even as well put together as Glasgow and the tastefor some reason wasn?t the same. Travel means you put the meat between Saran Wrap and not touch the bread and then another piecebetween the meat and vegetables. Also the oil should be in a baby jar or sealed container. Ours was in a plastic small cup thatleaked out everywhere because the cup was shoved in with the subs and the side bent causing it to leak out. I ordered an Italian sub .The bread was so hard I couldn't even chew it!!! This was the 2nd time I've experienced this. I... decided to call to let them know and the lady who answered the phone told me that's the way our bread comes in sometimes fromthe bakery. "We get fresh bread everyday" If you don't already know a sandwich is ALL about the roll. Maybe you should considera new bakery???? Read more
