I wasn't going to review this sub shop but in the past few instances where I've ordered from here it's been terrible. I gave... them two stars for one reason and thats that they were decent before. The subs are overpriced now. And with the rise in pricecomes worse food. You would think if you're gonna upcharge the customers, you should at least get exceptional food. Furthermore,I ordered a small and a medium size sub. Both of the subs were about the same exact size for 3 dollars more. Don't think i willbe ordering from this store anymore. Read more
I was visiting the area. I could appreciate the price and size options available. I was not used to the shaved turkey style they... offered, used to more a deli cut, so it made for an interesting taste that I wasn't prepared for. Read more
When I arrived the person in charge appeared mad and I really didn?t like how she spoke to them teenagers working for her. She... was rude saying ?go on break ? ?put them on hold and help the customer ? ?put this over there ? she even answered the phone andsaid ?Capprioti?s?s please hold? so she can tell a young lady working for her to put something away. If you?re going to hirenew young talent at least show them what a real leader does. Show respect and kindness so they can become adults that will berespectful and kind. DO NOT GO HERE.... this place is very filthy. Does not look like anything was cleaned in years. Every air vent has so much dust... on it. These air vent are right over top where they make your food. Staff looked like the were the same clothes for days. Youhave been warned!! Do not go! Read more
Only have received a few orders correct from this location. Usually too little meat, to much mayonnaise, or incorrect... toppings. The last two cheesesteaks have come with mushrooms on it, which isn?t usually a problem unless your allergic tothem! Will drive the extra 5 miles each way to Newark for a good cheesesteak and avoid the sunset station location. --UPDATE-- Great news - the company did give me a free sandwich. Downside - I also ordered my kid a grilled cheese meal and the lady atthe register told me I paid $6.49 for a grilled cheese sandwich and it doesn't come with a drink and crasins. When I asked herwhy not it is a meal she told me the receipt doesn't list the drink and crasins so its just the sandwich. I am done with thislocation / company. Read more
Rude! Put on hold 15 minutes before I hung up and called back. When finally got someone on the line, she was rude and snarky.... Will be sure to take my business elsewhere. Plenty of good sandwich shops around, no need to be treated poorly. Read more
