Wife found a long hair in her sub, practically ate it. She was so disgusted she got sick. I go back with the sub tell them what... happened. Would not give me a refund on that one sub and gave me attitude. Saying we will only replace the sub. After thatexperience, who would want to eat another sub from there. I come here a lot for my lunch break. The staff is awesome and the food is good. I like the new chicken and the harvest bread.... The salads are tasty too. The staff even cuts my cucumber slices into halves and tomato slices into quarters so they aren't fullchunks in the salad. My favourite subs are when I get certain vegetables (peppers, olives, onions) toasted with the meat andcheese. Yummy! Not many tables for dining, but nowadays most people take their subs to go. This is hands down the best Subway I've ever ordered from. Staff knows exactly what they're doing. They put the right amount of... toppings and sauce, the way they space out everything on the sandwich doesn't leave that little bit of bread at the end that youwill always get at any subway, and the staff still keep consistent with good subs even when they're extremely busy. I originally posted a negative review, but over the course of the last few months the place has done a complete 180! Staff is... friendly, toppings are fresh, and debit machine is always working now (was never accessible under previous owner). So happy thenew owner has turned things around! :) Read more
