We had a great breakfast yesterday morning. We used our rewards to buy out breakfast. Service was fast and the food was great.
This might be the worst run McDonald?s I?ve ever seen. Everything is wrong every time you go. Order a poutine, got and XL fry... instead. Burger wrong as well. 1 star is too many. No syrup in the Coca Cola. Wrong chicken sandwich. Fries should have been upsized and were half empty ? just... like several of the other reviews about this location. The female at the drive thru window was rude. Time and time again we givethis location another chance to redeem. But sadly we are disappointed. And when I called ? The manager ?passed me off? tosomeone else because he only had 45 minutes left in his shift. His words ! Having been a manager at McDonalds in my youngeryears I know the level of service that is expected. Sadly this Beamsville location fails miserably over and over. Got two big Mac meals, one had NO big Mac sauce and a dry burger. The other meal had a TON of Mac sauce. Also, messed up the... coffee. Drive thru wasn't busy, so I don't think there is an excuse for the lack of pride in the work Read more
