Incorrect order and inability to refund properly. Lied to by supervisor on how to leave reviews, given fake numbers on how to... leave a review. I was hung up on multiple times while trying to figure out how to leave a review. Supervisor told me that theywere never trained on how to refund money to customers. Often closes before the actual closing time. Tried to do drive-thru thirty minutes before closing and they couldn't serve me a... hamburger because they had already shut down their grill. Happened multiple times - my mistake for giving them more than onechance. Read more
Friday, March 27th, lunch It was my first time trying A&W with my friend. The service was soooo bad to the point that you feel... that you don't want to go back to this location. The girl took the order was looking like she doesn't like to work or talking tothe customer and explaining what's on the burgers such as ( would you like it with bacon or no bacon, are you okay with all thevegetables that on the burger)!! I haven't been here since before the pandemic started. I finally went back and even though the staff has completely changed, as... far as I can tell anyway, they are still awesome. I always used to get the all American special and again it was just as tasty.I have never had an issue with my eggs being over or under done as so many other places can easily mess up. I like coming tothis location because I can get my fancy pumpkin drink from Tim Hortons and my tasty breakfast from A&W. It really is the bestof all worlds! Read more
I came here around 7 PM on October 30, and the service was great. There was a young man and a young lady who help me out and I... ordered with one of their online coupons. If you?re looking to save a couple bucks they have some great deals on their website.I had a delicious sandwich and some french fries along with their root beer. I always like that A&W uses beef without antibiotics. The service here was fast and friendly. There are a few eateries here... with a shared eating space. It's super clean. There are also tables outside where you feel out in the country. Read more
