Fast, clean. Huge playlamd inside the store.
Service was self service order , food ok, atmosphere place was really dirty dining areas tables floor had not been swept or... attended in several hours and Men's bathroom filthy had not been attended in a long time as urine was crystallized on Wall andfloor. And one employee sat behind counter and talked on phone the entire 20 minutes plus we were in store ordering andeating. Went thru the Drive thru order a double cheeseburger no pickle; order a #7 meal two cheeseburger's no onion's. One medium coffee... with 6 creams a large coffee 6 creams. A quarter pounder meal large size and a cinnamon roll plus two sweet & sour sauces.Waited 10 minutes at the window. She hand's me the medium coffee cup was ice cold hands me large cup it wasn't even luke warm.Hand's out a medium drink for a large. That's when we had to wait 10 minute's. Get the food the french fries are cold there'spickle's on the sandwich that wasn't supposed to be. Quarter pounder was barely warm. The cheeseburger's had onion's on them.Had to take everything inside the Lady look's at me and said what's the problem. I proceeded to tell her. She's like you don'thave to tell it all throw that away ill make you a new order. Never apologized or anything. So than we waited another 15 minutesif not more. Get out to the car fries were still cold sandwiches were a bit better and the coffee was very hot. But no Thank YouOr Were Sorry or come again. Had breakfast here was okay service staff doesn't look a live to work they don't listen when their taking your order and then... never get our order correct got steak bagels asked for them to be lightly toasted nope got them burned , definitely won't returnagain. Read more
The manager at this location was so polite and nice to me and my kids. We live 45 min away but everytime we come out this way... we stop with the kids. The play area is so nice and clean... there is also a TV playing cartoons... McDonald's food isMcDonald's food... But this location is better than most... thanks for your smiling face... Read more
I don?t typically eat at McDonalds all that often because I usually have bad experiences, however, I was passing through and... stopped to grab a quick lunch for the road and I was seriously impressed by the experience. Simple order, a lunch deal they hada quarter pounder with cheese and a 10 piece McNugget. I didn?t wait in the drive thru 2 minutes and as I grabbed my food thelady had the bag neatly folded and handed it out the window (any other time it is wide open and contents just thrown in). Myburger was neatly made with a slice of cheese on top and on bottom of the burger (idk if it?s supposed to have 1 or 2 slices)and it looked like it does in a picture! It wasn?t all sloppy with the buns and cheese and ketchup every which way making for aterrible eating while driving experience like the other restaurants. They even gave me 3 sweet & sour sauces in a little plasticbaggy inside of the brown bag. As I previously stated I typically don?t eat at McDonald?s but I?m glad I stopped there and wasthoroughly impressed and highly recommend. The experience was notable and the employees should get recognition for standingsuperior to their counterparts. Read more
I've driven by this McDonald's location many times I've used the drive through window but never entered the restaurant but this... time I was hungry, tire and ready to sitdown and enjoy a tasty McDonald's burger. Surprisingly this place looks very welcomingthe colors and the furniture arrangements looks pleasantly appealing to the eye. The service was very good, very quick, smileseverywhere the food was as good as it gets from a McDonald's perspective. Will stop again hoping to have another enjoyable mealand great coffe. Read more
First of all, the drive through line was insane?. I can deal with that. Second, when I got my food it was ICE cold, they fixed... it. But when they bought my order back they didn?t put my straw in my bag so I had to go in and get a straw. Also, I didn?trealize until I got home they gave me the wrong size fries.
