The pizza was hot and made quick. And the staff were very friendly.
Wish they had more ready when I just want to swing in last minute. They do however make them pretty quick once ordered.
Love the pizza..but the cashier wasn't wearing a mask and on the door states Must wear a face mask to enter! Even on the counter... shows the sign. Read more
Update: I have found ordering ahead to pizza portal does resolve our quality issue** We were super excited for this location to... open up as we would normally drive to Culpeper or Warrenton. After stopping by a few times in the last few weeks they rarelyhave many pizzas, if any at all ready. The quality is nowhere near what we are used to, I get it's a five dollar pizza, butwe've always liked the pizza from the other local stores. Compared to them, Bealeton is not on the same level. Today we stoppedin and had to wait for a pizza to be made (they did not have any ready) when opened there was hardly any cheese. The pizzasrolling out of this place have not been good in our experience. 2 stars because it is edible and it's better than Pizza hut, butthat's not saying much. Decent pizza, but the service here was absolutely terrible! Walked in and was told our pizzas were almost ready. After 30... minutes had passed we inquired about the status of our order and the supervisor on duty , who stood up by the register with atrainee the entire time, responds by asking we have a code for our pizzas. We had no idea what he was talking about, butapparently our pizzas had been ready for about 25 minutes and he never bothered to tell us! He left us standing there waitingfor all that time and then essentially blamed us for not knowing that he had placed our pizzas into some warming device on theside that you need to have a code to unlock! Totally unacceptable! Will not be going back to this location ever again. Wouldrecommend avoiding this location and going somewhere else that has much better service. Read more
My wife called in our order for two deep dish pizzas. She repeated herself many times because the person taking the order... didn't seem to understand. When I arrived the pizzas weren't deep dish. It took me awhile to explain that we had ordered deepdish. She took the wrong pizzas back and then informed me that I owed more money..but couldn't tell me how much. Finally shefigured out how much I still owed. I've worked for another pizza chain in the past and I wouldn't have expected the customerto make up the difference when the person placing the ordered screwed up and I then had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Do not let them give you a pizza from warmer as it was old, hard as a rock and the cheese looked weird. Cashier had no idea how... long it was in warmer or what credit cards they accepted. They did cook fresh pizza upon my request. The pizza was horrible thecrust was salty and hard like the dough was not made correctly and the cheese wasn't really melted. Have eaten there several time and the pizza makes the whole family stomachs upset, spent lots of time running to the bathroom.
