Nice staff but you need to make your food is what you ordered when you go through the drive through.
WOW! What a way to ruin a good meal!!! Ordered a whopper and an OCS?and both were made with potato bread without asking or... telling me?their Customer Service is NONE! This is definitely my last straw for BK on base! I stopped by after work to grab a quick dinner. I ordered 2 double... cheeseburgers, what I got was one burger patty cut in half (see pic) and disguised as a double cheesburger. If yall are low onpatties or need to raise prices then tell the customer. Do not cut corners and charge full price. That's just bad business! Read more
Food was fresh and good but the cashier was less than professional. She had difficulty taking our order and had the nerve to... display even more unprofessionalism by being rude when we asked for sauce. Other staff were great, fire that rude cashier! Read more
Service is always fast and friendly. You can totally get your bang for a buck at BK, they always have great deals and coupons in... the mail all the time. We?ve never had an issue here and even if they have forgotten something or had a mistake with our orderthey fix it right away. The only thing that needs to be updated here is the hours, totally different than whats listed! Read more
Last 2-3 months have messed up our order a bunch. Giving wrong sandwiches most of the time. This time they didn't even give us... one of the sandwiches. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, one Swiss and Bacon and the other spicy. We only got the Swiss and Baconone ????. Read more
