They stole my money. I ordered online. Got an email saying it was delivered and checked the door right away and nothing. I... called to ask about it and they claimed they didn?t have any record of the order. I called customer service and they confirmedthe order was made at this location but said it was an independent franchise so there is nothing they can do if they steal yourmoney and don?t deliver the product. Always closes early, staff is very unprofessional and can?t tell the difference between a mini-bon and bon-bites.

The customer service here is terrible!!! The people working here are more interested in socializing with each other then... actually doing their job. Not a single person greeted us or asked us what they could get for us. We approached the counter andthose working either stared or completely ignored us. When correcting them on something I was met with nothing but attitude!!The whole staff need retrained on customer service and they could also use attitude adjustments. Read more
I love cinnabon the food is amazing. I give them two stars because the service wasn't that great. While ordering my cinnabon... ???? I politely asked if they could cut it in half. The polite woman at the register said sure, she was abruptly interrupted bythe woman getting my cinnabon and she rudely said "we aren't allowed to cut them for customers, that's what the plastic knivesare for" ??????????? that was new to me because I get them cut all the time. I pleasantly took my cinnabon to the plastic knivesand cut it myself, while cutting it she stared at me which was quite unsettling???? her delivery was wrong and her customerservice a little off. ????
