Wanna know a great way to cure the case of the Mondays?? An amazing breakfast!!! I was in South Tom's River for business so I... decided to finally check out Grits & Grace . UNREAL!!! From service to food everything was A1. I got the Gym Rat, scrambled eggwhites with turkey sausage, mushroom,onion, roasted sweet potatoes and Swiss cheese. I would pass by this place on my way to work. It was a very unassuming hole in the wall. I then met a guy (who's now my friend)... named Scott who recommended this place. He works there, and I decided to try it out, and boy was I amazed. The atmosphere putsme in the mind of a down home country eatery. The smells coming from the food was intoxicating to say the least. I ordered anavocado toast, and a corn beef sandwich on rye. The food was awesome, to say the least. I was the only black guy in theestablishment (I thought it was gonna be an Eddie Murphy 48 hours moment lol), and the staff treated me as if I was a guest intheir dining room. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future. This is my new comfort food spot. Read more
