I took my 2 year old son to eat at banji. Just me and my son. When walking in I state table for two. The woman looks down at my... son with a blank stare. She then proceeds to sit us down. She takes me all the way to the back and directs me and my son to asingle dining table with two dining chairs. My son is only two and cannot sit in a chair by himself so I kindly asked if I cansit at a booth in which I felt like I was a bother to ask. I mentioned how it?s easier for him to sit in a booth seat ratherthan a regular adult chair. We were seated and given one menu and one set of utensils. I never was asked for a water or a drink,or if I need a minute. The menu was just put in the table and she walked away. My toddler is active and had a hard time sitting,he accidentally spilled soy sauce so I asked for a napkin and told her he spilled soy sauce and I was told ?I see that? andhands me a napkin to clean it and walks away. I thought that was the reason why I wasn?t being taken care of. My son sat acrossfrom me and we were ready to order. I did not want to yell out because that?s rude so I was waiting for her to come take myorder. She proceeded to walk past and answer the phone for at least 5 min and still never take my order. At one point imentioned how I was unsure if I was going to order depending on if my 2 year old would sit down. She then walks to the back andnever comes back out. After being tired of waiting I asked the man making sushi is the lady coming back. I wanted to let herknow that I was leaving instead of me just walking out. The man called to the back in a different language I?m not sure what wassaid. After waiting there a good min I ended up walking out because I felt like my business was unwanted and I felt unwelcomeand super upset about my experience especially the fact that I had my toddler son and there was no compassion or acknowledgmentor care. Super upset. Read more

Absolutely foul. Beef soba soup was soggy spaghetti with the worst tasting broth. The beef meat smelled and tasted bad. Spicy... tuna roll was so old, fishy, and the rice was dry and hard. Tempura dish was greasy - all breading and barely any shrimp. Read more
