I clearly called ahead and asked do you have gluten free crust at the Baytown location, yes we do I place the order and waited... 20 min just to get a cancelled order email when I check the status of my order when I?m in the parking lot. The previous time Iordered delivery and I got someone else?s order and I left a tip, the driver came back to pick up the wrong food and then I geta call saying we don?t have gluten free call ahead next time. So I waited a hour to get no pizza and tipped 8 bucks for nothing.This place is ran by idiots taking my business elsewhere. Read more
Ordered a pizza and bread sticks at 715. At 9 the app told us the pizza had been delivered. Called Papa John's and the delivery... driver couldn't find the house so they left. Waited till 945 and still no pizza. Called back and was told it would be thereshortly. Pizza finally showed up at 1025. Over three hours and yes, the pizza was cold and tasted terrible. I would not wasteyour time and money on a pizza place that's expensive and incompetent. Read more
I was just told by the manager that there is no way they gave me a thin crust pizza because none of their medium pizzas are... avaliable in thin crust. He had a snoty attitude and was condescending. Everytime i order from this location it is always screwdup. I had my food delivered because i was unable to leave as i work from home. His response was bring it in and ill show you itsnot thin crust. Took forever to get my food; was told 30-40 minutes and it was closer to 1.5hrs. But when the food finally got here it was... still hot and tasted great. Read more
The first time I called someone answered the phone that was very hard to understand, when I asked to speak with someone else, I... was told to drive to the store and talk to the cashier. Not the stores fault, the company has someone that just takes phonecalls, why wouldn't they get someone that speaks clearly? Terrible experience. I called back because I do like the pizza. Igot Irene. She was wonderful. She was polite, and worked very hard to make things work for me. I had a baby and 2 othergrandchildren in the car and couldn't carry pizza and them. I?ve never had Papa John?s before but my wife wanted some, so I went ahead and ordered it over the phone with some wings, I was... told it was gonna be 15 to 20 minutes so I showed up half an hour later?snobby person at the register told me it was another 15to 20 minutes, apparently I called a call center and they receive their stuff 15 to 30 minutes later.
