On this visit we showed up to pick up and they had no power okay cool. Dude said he would be refunding all the orders. They did... not. I called a bunch and would either get no answer or put on hold. I had to file an charge back with my bank. Read more
Never answered the phone. Finally decided to just go up there. The guy at the window said it?d be about 5 mins for a pizza and... to drive around or wait up front I said That was fine multiple times. He kept saying it and I said It was fine and he said it?scause he can?t have people sitting here waiting at the window. All I tried to do was pay for the pizza already. This was the worst experience I had ever had at a restaurant. First, it?s too much going on with diseases and the young lady... using her bare hands to put cheese in pizza. I not give that when I had got my order than the pizza was not done. I verydispleased with how this store treated a customer. I immediately got my refund. I suggest that the manager go over with theiremployees on using proper food handling with the public nobody want their food cook by someone that uses their bare hands. For the second time trying to get a pizza from this location I had trip wait an unusually long time. This time I got an email... that it was ready. When I arrived they told me that it was not ready sand would be at least 30 more minutes. When I confrontedthe manager she was extremely rude and refused to give me a pizza. This place is constantly late with orders. I don?t blame the employees, as there were only 3 working. Ordered on my app and... it took 30 minutes just to get them put in the oven. (App said it would be ready at that time) 1. It?s always busy here. Where?s the staff? Do people not want to work here? Does the owner/GM not want to pay well or keep a good staff on? 2. With afull view of the kitchen, we?ll?..They may wanna rethink giving customers ?behind the scenes access?. To the owner/GM - do abetter job. This store never had pizza hot and ready. But recently I came in with a big order and they had it ready in 35 minutes. They... stepped up their Time game. Keep it up and I'm sure they'll turn all this low star ratings into 5 stars. Read more
Should be zero stars got home to eat my Supreme pizza and toppings were burned falling off my pizza. I can tell they got a most... bestest pepperoni and put veggies on it because they were warm and pizza was cold too lazy to make a fresh Supreme pizza. it'susually good but not this time so dissatisfied.
