Ordered via Uber Eats: Buffalo Chicken Sandwich w/Straight Fries, Philly Cheesesteak w/Waffle Fries, and Cajun Chicken Alfredo.... Overall food was warm and tasty however: a) The Cajun Chicken Alfredo was too salty. b) They did not include any ketchup forthe fries, sweet honey bbq requested for the chicken sandwich, and utensils. Our first time coming here and all the portions were huge for being so reasonably priced! Everything was great
Loved the service. We came in around lunch time on Saturday and they sat us down quickly. Our server Cody came quickly to greet... us and got our order in. He was very attentive the whole time. Wings came out fast and hot. Sauce was just the right amount.Beers were nice and cold to our pleasure. The only thing I would change is the airflow. It was a little stuffy in the room. I got the traditional wings and fries (half curly/half waffle fries) combo. The wings were great, the curly fries were awesome,... I'm not a fan of preseason waffle fries but they were still good. I will definitely find my way back just to try their drinkspecials. Read more
Idk what happened on this day but whenever my coworkers order they always have plenty sauce. When I order that's what I get... sauce on only one side (no the plate was never tilted.) The fries on the right was to dry to finish ???? Read more
The food was great! That is the only positive thing I have to say about this place. Our waitress finally took our drink/starter... order 10 minutes after we arrived. Then the triple play appetizer we order was wrong. When we tried to tell them the error ittook awhile for anyone to even return to the table, to have it fixed. Then while we were waiting for the food correction we atethe wrong appetizer bc the lady left it at the table. Then about 10 minutes the manager showed up and said that because we atethe appetizer she couldn't bring the correction. Then we waited another 10-15 minutes for our main meal. Then 3 people in ourparty ran out of our drinks. We had to tell her we were out of drinks when she asked if everything was okay. Then she broughtthe wrong drinks after we reminded her what they were. Then when we were ready to go, we waited another 10-15 minutes for ourchecks. The waitress had an attitude the rest of the time she was our server. The restaurant was very busy and loud and crowded.Then when we tried to pay for our ticket, we asked for the veteran discount and even showed our identification for proof. Thewaitress left another 5 minutes, comes back and says " my manager says I can only give a discount to first responders andveterans."???? THEN, she was gone another 10 minutes before I finally got fed up and went looking for her with my CC. Theservice was bismal and we will NOT be back. On a side note, the same manager that talked to us at the table was also cussing atthe bar by the entrance, loud enough that we were able to hear it clearly. She said the F word no less than 3x. And 2 partiesleft their tables before they even got their orders bc it took so long for their food. Read more
The food is pretty good but ITS NOT WORTH the TERRIBLE service. Every single time the service is bad. This time apparently my... son couldn't have a high chair at a booth in the back of the restaurant because it was a fire hazard, so they wanted him to bein a high chair next to a party of 20+ people because apparently that's safer? Was rude upon explaining.. but it's not just thistime, it's been every single time we have visited they've been so terrible. I think I'll just skip it from now on or get to goorders only. Read more
