Last time I?m going here! First of all they charge more than Long Island. Now almond milk is $1.00! Sometimes they charge me and... they don?t even give me almond milk. The customer service is bad here. They could never get my drink right. I always ask fordecaf then they act like I never said decaf when I said it 3 times! They have an attitude and also if I confirm it?s decaf. Oneof the workers gave me a weird look for confirming. Their baked goods are hard. Unprofessional and their drive thru is likehidden. Read more
i would put 0 stars if i could. This place has the absolute worst customer service. he gets upset when you ask a simple question... or make a simple request overall very unprofessional. everything tasted watered down and the ice cream was already melted when iordered it. seriously if you want baskin robins or anything else please go anywhere but here Read more

The manager was horrible and only catered to his kind of people. He was very nasty to me and other costumers.
Just gettin in but this happened earlier in the day. So I ordered ice coffee one creme and even said very little creme please... and when I get to window I see coffee is full of it creme. Then I politely ask her to change it so she goes to the side whereshe thought I couldn't see, shook coffee n tried to give same one back to me. I told her no thank you, I saw what u did pleaseredo. Then she came back again kinda fast, it wasn't as light but of course it was tossed again when I got to work because bosssaid had way to much creme. The other 3 Dunkins we go to make the order correctly but this one seems to over sugar n over cream,just OD on the ice coffees. We put our own sugar because they always put too much as well. Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Long lines. Cashier was on his phone while everyone on the line was... complaining. He had to get pushed out of the way by another worker so that someone could take our order. The new cashier wasannoyed, and yelled at my grandfather who was ordering (unwarranted). Everyone who ordered after me got their food/drinksbefore me, and my milkshake was melted by the time i got it. ????????????????????Thank you for putting extra efforts to remain open even though others have closed the doors to walk in... service. There has to be at least 20 cars in line. I go here almost every other day to get a coffee. I?m almost familiar with everyone that works there. But every time I go to the... drive thru around 9am, there is this lady who always has an attitude. The one day I asked for a latte, (because I had a freereward thing on my app) she said no it didn?t work you have to pay and I?m like no it should work because it says that I get afree drink. I show her that it implies to lattes but she wasn?t having that I asked for the manager and a lady with glasses camealso having an attitude. In the end after 10 minutes I would?ve rather paid for the whole thing and avoid it all this headache. Read more
