I'm kind of disappointed. I wanted to buy 14 pieces of legs, thighs, and large fries, and the associate said I could not. I... have to have an app to do that. Had such a great experience with Popeyes in Bayonne! I had to do a 20 person large catering order, and they couldn?t have been... more helpful! They recommended the best options to suit my customers. When I arrived at 11:30 m, everything is boxed up andready to go. They were so friendly when I came in. I?m super happy with my experience and would use them again in a heartbeatfor my catering needs! It was a no-brainer! As someone who does lunch in services almost daily, it?s so important to me that thefood is done right, all the utensils and everything are packed and not forgotten , and I can get out of the restaurant in abreeze. I may order from here 3 or 4 max times a year. And without fail, every single time this location is always out of chicken which... results in 15 min or more wait or having to cancel because it's not stocked at all. Besides never having their primary item(chicken) the customer service experience is TERRIBLE. The prices are ridiculously high to deal with this. I did a drive thru and ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Mashed Potato and Diet Coke. The sandwich and the mashed potatoes came... out hot and nice. The sandwich was hot and crispy, and the mashed potatoes were hot and flavorful. I was initially going togive them 3 or 4 stars since the drive thru was slow. This place has the slowest drive thru of all time. The employees are nice enough except the manager(0range shirt) looks annoyed... at all times. EVERY TIME I come here I ask for honey mustard sauce they give me Mardigra Mustard. It?s like they have beentrained to do this. It?s NOT THE SAME? Why can?t I get what I asked for and if you do t have it I?ll choose something else. ThatI like. Don?t just give me anything. The sauce makes the meal. Do better and give napkins.
