Customer service is severely lacking. I don't require much. Just an acknowledgement that the transaction is over so I can be on... my way. Dude doesn't utter a word as he starts to scan my stuff. I tap my phone on the pad to pay, and he just leans against thecounter, again not saying anything. I figured it was okay for me to leave the store with the stuff I purchased and see how thatgoes. My appreciation for self-checkout grows the more I deal with people. Read more
