Placed an order online. The staff "didnt see the order" and the order took 30 minutes while they helped other customers. The... assistant manager refused to give me her name and told me this happens all the time and is normal practice for them. Please eatsomewhere else in Bayfield. Read more
Worst Subway I have ever been to. It took them ages to finish the sandwiches. It seemed as if this was the first time they ever... made one. Next to this we found out later that they had put chicken on it instead of the veggie patty. Absolutely terrible! Read more
Good place to get sandwiches. They were out of Italian herb and cheese bread or I would have give them 5 stars
New ownership. Almost entirely new crew from out of town. No longer doing senior or military discounts. These people do not care... about this town or the people in it, only making money. FYI they failed there last inspection for food out of date and andemployees not washing hands. I'd recommend eating somewhere else. Read more

IF I could I would put zero stars. I put in a online order and when I picked it up and got home I found out they messed up my... order. I tried calling 10 minutes before they closed and no one picked up the next day I gave them a call to ask if I could getthe sandwiches corrected or my money back and told them exactly what went wrong (I got deluxe and they didn?t put the extraprotein) and the lady over the phone was fair and said they will fix it.
