Great food and excellent service...one our favorites!
Good place. Happy kids, correct order, good outdoor seating.
Puchased a box of assorted flavor ice creams. They were all chocolate. Took it back in since chocolate allergy for three of us.... They said they only sell chocolate, but sell in box that sells assorted and don't mark that on it. Wouldn't return or exchange.False Advertisement and incompetency. Always makes the blizzards runny, forgot my toppings in my blizzard and when they do put them in they are super stingy. I... usually Just make the drive to the north Olmsted location because bay messes it up every time. Read more
Would not recommend. They took 20 minutes to fill my order of 2 milkshakes and a blizzard when we were the only ones there. And... they still didn't get my order correct. This is unacceptable for a supposed fast food place. Again, would not recommend. Read more
Terrible food service. I ordered 2 Chili dogs at the Rocky River location. They were excellent and fully loaded with all my... requested toppings. Very filling and I couldn't finish both. Then I ordered the same loaded chili dog at the Bay location.. 1dog this time.. that was the saddest chili dog ive ever had in my LIFE!!
