It's hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good and the other times it takes 3 times to get your order right.
Slowest service of any Sonic I have ever been to. Better have an hour to kill if you go here.
I can't stand waiting for a cold burger, or cold fries and onion rings, if ones hot the other Is cold, so Mr. Or. Ms.... Manager/owner since they messed up my order and I wound up with 2 instead of one double bacon, she Argued with me, and broughtme butter finger, when I ordered Reeses. I had to do as I promised, if I ever got another cold Burger that I had to wait 20minutes to get l had to pass y'all right on by and go to the 76 on the hill and just got me some chicken, it's was hot and thetater babies were hot and tasty!!! I love Sonics cokes and ice cream. They were great as usual. It was clean, service was good and fast.
We went to this sonic and ordered $22 worth of food. Everyone got what they ordered except me. I ordered a jumbo popcorn chicken... combo. I got my chicken and my drink but not my fries. Plus the service was bad. Our order took at least 5 minutes to go off thescreen and half the drive up order boxes was out. Read more
One of the worst Freaking places I ate at in Bay Springs. If i could give them no stars i really would give them negative one.... First off i sat there for 20 mins waiting on food. They brought my food out and half of the order was missing. So we buzzed themuntil somebody came out they then turned around and brought me the sonic supreme Burrito and it LITERALLY only had 2 eggs and 1bacon on it ( incorrectly made) so i called them back because it was made wrong and i was also missing my side and drink. Hethen brings it out and it’s AGAIN INCORRECT... so at this point i walked to their door and corrected them... guess what ... itwas still wrong ... I don’t know what type of people y’all got working in there but they must not be wrapped to tight.Won’t ever eat from this restaurant again.
