The worst place to ever get pizza. They should be ashamed. Ordered a large pan super supreme and the toppings were all dried out... and did not get a pan crust but some sort of unleavened bread. Why is this place still open? This has been this way for years. Read more
We ordered a one topping box with breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. The pepperoni pizza didnt have sauce and all the toppings... were on only 3 slices. It was a mess and my daughter was so disappointed. Read more
Pizza hit in bay springs need to be cleaned the lobby floor look like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Called my order in ahead... of time got there 30 minutes later my order were not ready, the young lady that took my order didn't apologize for not having myorder ready didn't even come to the front. Worst place ever to get food! Manager acted out of character and has no clue what being a manager means!!!!!! My whole order was... wrong and tried to call back up there to see if they could fix my order that was totally wrong!!!! Manager answered the phoneand when I tried to explain my order she said fine in or carry out! I said ma?am my order was wrong and she said please hold....then hung up on me. So I called back and asked for the manager. It was the woman that hung up on me. So I went back to the storeto ask if they would fix my order and asked for the manager in person and she refused to remake my food. Only wanted to justgive my money back. A restaurant should never get this bad. There is what looks like 3 employees attending to the whole store. None of the tables... are clean and I've seen patrons have to move dishes just to sit down and eat. An employee even came to check on who was here,take the tips off the tables, and not bus them. While paying for my order I watched the man preparing the pizzas. While scratching his face and arm he kept using his hands to... put cheese and pepperoni on the pizza with no gloves on. Also had a long beard and hair with no nets covering. The quality ofthe food and service has very much went down since there previous manager left. Read more
