Quick service, cordial staff
Wow, I used to take one of my kids here for coffee for me and food for him, but after they took the Christmas themes off their... cups , then their decision to not help the military, we stopped going here completely. Want a great Iced Coffee? Go to DunkinDonuts. McDonald's had a good cup of hot coffee. Any baked items they carry, Panera has more. There are far too many betterestablishments that care about us and our Country and those who serve our Country to have to spend our hard earned money on thisplace. The drinks are severed amazingly and I recommend the Carmel frap
I went today this morning and the Barista not the one who took my order but the young girl with the red hair who made the order... was rude when I asked why did they forget to put the crunch on my caramel ribbon crunch frappe she gave me a attitude she needsto get retrained in providing good customer service or maybe she?s just not happy working there but she was rude & obnoxious.You want loyal customers returning back and I?m a regular there but with today treatment I definitely won?t be returning thereagain because of the service provided to me.
