The only reason why I go to Dunkin is because there aren't any other coffee places around. The coffee is always sour and it... tastes like it's been sitting for about a week. The food is glorified freezer section food and offers nothing of value. The onlything saving this is that Baskin Robbins is pretty good, but they get my order wrong half the time. Good thing I don't have anyallergies or they're a lawsuit waiting to happen. Read more
Don't go here they take forever for your orders their so busy doing online orders pick up orders they make the customers wait... more then 10 minutes before they get to you . I went last week and the bagel I received was cold with butter I returned and thenI received a burnt bagel with butter . There coffee I'd like water so light and heavy creamer that will be my last time there .I rather go to other dunkin donuts Read more
I really don't want to be a Karen because the ladies back there do work hard but.....everytime I'm there in the mornings, the... cashier woman with the Yankees mask constantly gets my order wrong. She did it twice in one visit one day. Maybe I'm notspeaking loud enough but she doesn't either. Maybe the music is just a bit too loud for her in the mornings, that's fine...butseriously, constantly getting my order wrong. And I get pretty much the same order everytime. I'm sure I was overchargedtoo...but since I'm not rude, I just left with what I was given. My cup was also pretty....dirty and stained, and over filleddespite me asking for milk on the side (if someone asks for milk on the side, you fill the cup halfway for room) ???? Asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese and was told the ovens were off. Understandable! Asked for the bagel with cream... cheese instead, got the bagel and a cup of cream cheese to go instead of it being ready to eat as I intended to do on my way towork. Read more
6AM Saturday, the coffee was fresh and thats the 1 star. Bought a bagel and it was OLD and chewy didn't even finish eating. I... thought they served fresh items in the morning, not old bagels & there was a hair on it. Makes me wonder especially with masksbeing worn how it got there. Read more
The girl at the front was very nice! My experience inside the store was pleasant. Please be careful taking your orders please! I... asked for two hot coffees this morning one with sugar and one without. Being a diabetic the one without sugar was obviously forme. There was sugar in both. Although it was only a small taste, the sugar in the coffee caused a sugar spike, and I had to gohome! Please make sure your employees get their orders right because something like I just described could send someone to thehospital and that means trouble.This came after I told the girl up front I didn't want sugar in one of my coffees at least fivetimes.
